Once you have your membership, you'll be able to enter the competitions that appear below. You can find more information about purchasing memberships to the various organizations here.  The memberships last for one year.

Check the meet locations in the leagues below before you commit to a membership, as there are regional differences with the locations offered. 

AAU Junior Olympics in Virginia Beach, Virginia 2010. This meet is where I met many of my current adult gymnastics friends!

AAU Find an Event (be sure that the event includes the Ladies Division before signing up)

We offer amateur sports programs through a volunteer base for all people to have the physical, mental, and moral development of amateur athletes and to promote good sportsmanship and good citizenship.

NAIGC Find an Event

The purpose of the NAIGC is to expand opportunities for participation in the sport of gymnastics and to promote interaction among collegiate gymnastics clubs by providing structure for competition on local, regional, and national levels; facilitating communication; and building a community of support and camaraderie that encourages sportsmanship, leadership, teamwork, and fun. It’s judged using the same rules as USAG levels 6, 8 and 9 or NCAA with some modifications.

USAIGC Find an Event (be sure that the club is OK with having an adult compete before signing up)

A competitive program that stretches around the world! With one set of voted upon membership competitive rules "independent" is in our name and independent is what we are! We control our destiny. We host international club world champioships every year in the USA.

non-league based adult gymnastics meets

These meets can be a ton of fun, and they are usually run in a more laid back manner. They are typically events run by local clubs where you don't have to have a gymnastics league membership to participate.

They are usually meets that include competition for both males and females, and the environment is super fun and supportive.

Utah summer games welcomes gymnasts from other states. Its a USAG un-sanctioned meet so no membership is required. It will be in cedar city every year and is held at the beginning of June every year. We would love to have more people come.
